From request to certificate
Complete your assessment
Select your dates and provide accurate health and contact information in the online form.
An Australian doctor reviews it
Requests are reviewed from 6am to midnight, seven days a week. The doctor may ask for more information.
Receive your certificate if approved
Your signed certificate is delivered by email. Its QR code can be used to check authenticity.
