From request to certificate

An Australian doctor reviews it
Requests are reviewed from 6am to midnight, seven days a week. The doctor may ask for more information.
Receive your certificate if approved
Your signed certificate is delivered by email. Its QR code can be used to check authenticity.

Questions about work certificates
Can I request more than one day off work?
Yes. Choose the two-to-three-day or four-or-more-day option and specify your dates. A doctor assesses the requested period based on the information you provide.
How can my employer check the certificate?
Medigate certificates include a QR code for authenticity checks. The public verification page also accepts a certificate reference number and surname.
